Privacy Policy
1. What data we process
- e-mail (to deliver access and the license);
- payment confirmation (payment reference / receipt);
- Telegram handle (if you contact support);
- order contents.
2. Purposes and legal bases
- granting and renewing access, support — performance of the contract (the Offer);
- service messages (renewal reminders) — the Seller’s legitimate interest; you may object to receiving them at any time;
- accounting and retention of payment records — the Seller’s legal obligation.
3. Payment data
We do not store bank-card data. Card data is processed by the acquiring bank (the monobank service) on a secure payment page and never reaches our servers. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal under its own rules.
4. Storage
Data is processed and stored on servers located in Ukraine (outside the EU/EEA; there is no European Commission adequacy decision in respect of Ukraine). E-mails are sent from a self-hosted mail server. We apply technical and organisational safeguards (encryption in transit, access restriction) and process EU customers’ data in line with GDPR standards.
5. Third parties
We use payment services (to accept payment) and Telegram (for support). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Cookies and localStorage
Your cart is stored in your browser’s localStorage (it does not leave your device until checkout). We do not use advertising tracking cookies. To measure site traffic we run a self-hosted Umami analytics instance: it works without cookies, builds no user profile and collects only anonymised statistics (pages, country, device type); the data is stored on our own server and is not shared with third parties.
7. Retention and your rights
Data is retained for the license term and for 3 years afterwards (for accounting and tax purposes), after which it is deleted.
You have the right: to access, rectify and erase your data; to restrict and to object to its processing; to data portability; to know the source of data collection; to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing); and to lodge a complaint — for Ukraine residents with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court, for EU/EEA residents with the data protection supervisory authority of your country (Art. 77 GDPR). We respond to requests within 30 calendar days.
